How long does delivery take?

Orders are sent via ground shipping. If you have opted for logo customization, please allow 10 – 14 additional days. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order has been shipped.

How do I return an item?

Please return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags attached) for a refund, the original condition determined by Returns Policy. If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning it. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a Recorded or Special delivery service for returning your goods. To start a return, please email support@shopmyshop.com with your order number, items to be returned, and reason for requesting the return.

Can I return items from Multiple Brands?

Yes, you can return items from multiple brands within the same order. Please follow our Return Policy.

Can I return customized products?

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

No, your order will come in separate packages from each brand.
