Return Policy

1. Welcome

1.1 This Returns and Exchange Policy (the "Policy") sets out the circumstances under which you may be allowed to return or exchange items purchased.We hope that you are happy with any products that you order from our website (the "Site"). However, if you are unhappy with the products (the "Products") you have ordered through the Site there are some instances in which they may be eligible to be returned or exchanged. As the checkout page banner indicated prior to your purchase, some of your Products may have included custom-embroidered apparel specific to your club, brand, color and size specifications.

1.2 If your piece is damaged, defective or was not represented accurately by the site, good news! We can offer to return that Product provided as it’s unworn, unwashed and within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase per the Policy below.*

1.3 This Returns Policy forms part of the general Terms and Conditions, and terms defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meanings when used here. Please read this Policy alongside the Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Products.

2. What Items are Eligible to be Exchanged?

2.1 We review every inquiry and will process if the following conditions are met:

If a Product is customized it may be returned if the item is damaged or in some way defective. All returns on customized Products are subject to the discretion of Legends Hospitality, LLC.

If a Product is customized and is not damaged or defective it will not be eligible for a return or an exchange.

If a Product is not customized it may be eligible for a return if requested within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

If a Product is marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase it will not be eligible for return.

3. How to Return Products

3.1 If you request a return on your order, you must return any Products to us within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. We do not have to receive the returned Products from you within that time in order to process your request as long as the Product has been scanned as in transit prior to the expiration of the thirty- (30) day period.

3.2 To request a return, please email the Customer Support team at support@shopmyshop.com and include your name, order number, the name of the Product in question, and the reason for the request.

3.3 To return your Product to us:

  • Please use the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use packaging that is secure and as protective of the Products being returned to us as the original packaging. We also recommend you use packaging that does not incur additional shipping costs, especially if we have provided you with a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Please email us at support@shopmyshop.com so that we can provide you with the address to which you should return the products using your local postal or carrier service.

3.4 We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label in the event that the Product is faulty, there was an error in the product description, is not fit for purpose we have told you of an upcoming change to the Product or the Terms and Conditions. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products.

3.5 Please note that we are unable to accept physical returns of any Products purchased through our Site to any stores, events, or points of sale that we might operate.

4. Refunds

4.1 We will not process a refund or exchange if the Product in question does not match the Product that you ordered, or where the Product was not ordered through our Site.

4.2 If you choose to return a Product for a refund after your Products have been delivered, you will be responsible to us for any diminished value of the Products resulting from any unfair or unreasonable wear and tear of the Products. We will consider wear and tear to be unfair or unreasonable if it results from handling the Products in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products (such as how you would normally handle the Products in a shop). We may make a deduction from any reimbursement you are entitled to from us for such loss in value of any Products we supply.

4.3 We will refund you through the payment method used by you to pay for your order, unless we have explicitly agreed to a different method with you. We will do this as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days of when we receive the returned Products from you or you supply evidence of having sent back the Products (whichever is earlier). We will not charge any fees for the payment of the refund.
